The Christian and Missionary Alliance (C&MA) is approaching the finish line on One Alliance Place, its new national headquarters in Colorado Springs, Colorado, with construction progressing steadily through the summer of 2026. Exterior brickwork is nearly complete, most windows have been installed, and interior office spaces are taking shape as major electrical work moves forward. A new video update released by the denomination shows the building emerging from its construction phase, with views from the northwest corner revealing the black brick section that will house a coffee shop, and the main entrance taking form on the west side facing the primary parking lot.
The new headquarters represents a significant infrastructure investment for the Alliance family, which numbers approximately 400,000 members in the United States and supports a global mission footprint spanning more than 70 countries. Centralising operations in a purpose-built facility is intended to strengthen coordination between U.S. church ministries and Alliance Missions, the denomination's international arm. The building's design features a two-storey atrium above the lobby and collaborative workspaces meant to foster the kind of cross-team integration that supports the Alliance vision of “All of Jesus for All the World.”
More than 85 percent of the funds needed to complete the project have already been secured, and all construction work to date has been paid for in cash, according to the July update. The C&MA is inviting congregations and individuals to prayerfully consider contributing toward the remaining costs as the project enters its final phase. A second-floor view from the atrium overlooking the lobby gives a sense of the completed space, and the Alliance national office has expressed gratitude for the prayers and financial support that have carried the project to this stage.
