The World Evangelical Alliance (WEA) will host an online webinar on 11 November 2026 on cross-border collaboration and the thinking behind Call33, the alliance’s initiative for the years leading to 2033. The session, titled “Collaborating Together for the Call”, is described by the WEA as an opportunity to explore how local discernment and international partnership can strengthen shared mission.

Call33 — “Answering God’s Calling Together Toward 2033” — was launched by the WEA this year as the global Church looks toward the 2,000th anniversary of the death, resurrection and ascension of Jesus Christ and the outpouring of the Holy Spirit at Pentecost. The WEA has described it not as another global programme but as a relational “connecting joint”, intended to help national evangelical alliances discern God’s calling in their own countries and to connect them with the wider evangelical family.

Two speakers are announced. Bishop Noel Pantoja, Secretary General of the Philippines Council of Evangelical Churches, will describe the discernment process behind the council’s National Disciple Making Campaign. Michael Kasper, Director of Global Initiatives at Vision Synergy, will set out biblical perspectives and key principles for effective collaboration. The WEA said the webinar would be an opportunity to “learn, reflect, and be inspired to strengthen partnerships”, and registration is open on its website.
